The service was great, I needed headphones for my school children that were cheap ( as we have bought expensive ones in the past and they do not last any longer ), and I needed them quickly. Website was easy to move around and the search options were easy to use.
The headphones arrived promptly, we needed them at short notice and they came the next day. Andy replied to my emails really quickly and gave great advice. I'm really impressed :-)

Very helpful staff especially Bradley who was very patient and spent a long time talking me through setting up and using the item we purchased.
I got the line amp in good time. It is very well built and should survive well on the road. It was shipped in a strong cardboard box which I will probably use for protection on its travels.

Impressed by the customer service but a little disappointed with the cost of the product. When I saw the kit on the web site I thought it was a good price. Because they don't include the model numbers of the kit they are supplying you can't do a comparison. So once I had the kit delivered I found out that I could have saved 30% by going to another web site (richer sounds) !!!! I even emailed them to let them know I was a little bit disappointed but never had a response.... O well you live and learn !
