I was very pleased with my purchase but unfortuantly it ceased to work over xmas,all i had to do rectify the problem was send an e-mail and a replacement item was sent within three days...Thank -You Amazon
Electro Supplies gave some useful technical advice before purchase and the uni-directional tie-clip mic works well. Only down side was that they thought it was in stock and hence gave a short delivery time but in fact had to order it in and didn't warn me of the delay.
Ordered a box of ten batteries but sent only one battery! Had to ring up to point out mistake. The guy on the end was courtious enough and promised to send balance which he did. Delivery was a bit slow. Would have been a problem if I needed all ten immediately.
Introduced me to LED lighting and have installed washes and spots in two of my schools' halls. Amazing!!
Found them via the internet and ordered immediately as I thought they offered excellent value.. The only issue was their supplier didn't process our order properly although after contacting them it was resolved swifly and they phoned me back to confirm it had been sorted.
I purchased this product and on delivery opened it to find that it was dented but because I was having a party decided to unpack it and use it anyhow, when I turned it on to use it all that happened was the fan ran but no snow no one flake just a lot of noise from the fan, I phoned Electro supplies several times and left messages for someone to phone me back to arrange a replacement or some advise and have not heard anything back, very disappointed.
The customer support is excellent from placing an order right through to delivery. I would recommend this compnay to anyone and there products are also very good value for money :)
I used Electro Supplies for a replacement Tie Clip microphone having searched and found them on the web. From the start their telephone manner and assistance was very helpful the method of ordering was simple and straight forward delivery was prompt in fact the whole system from start to finish was impeccable. I would certainly use them again they are now in my favourites directory.
I ordered a 'face mic' with the usual belt transmitter and desktop receiver but when i opened packaging the face mic was damaged. Phoned and got an excellent response. A new and upgraded face mic was sent out immediately.

... is they expect me to write a catchy review about this product ... and 'it does what it says on the tin' is getting very old ... what can I say 1] the order was instantly acknowledged 2] it arrived well by the projected date 3] it did the job I wanted it for 4] how many shops would I have had to troll to find this precise item?
ordered ceiling speakers and cable on 30th Oct. 11th nov goods still not arrived phoned company they told me it would be delivered next day. Waiting to put up ceiling and have it plastered. Waited in all day. Had to pay plasterer. 5 o'clock person two doors down brings package for me that was left at their house. No card was left at my house it was just delivered to the wrong house. Have wasted two days and it cost me more in wages than the goods did.
