I ordered a sound & speaker system for a new office that I opened for my company, with the view of rigging it all up and installing it myself. In terms of the cost of the system, it all came packaged at a price that beat the other websites that I had seen similar products on, so no problems there. I don't have much experience with electronics, so I had some problems trying to work out exactly how the system should have been wired together. After spending a couple of hours (unsuccessfully) trying to work this out for myself, I decided to ring ElectroSupplies on the off chance that they might have known, and this is where I believe they separate themselves from the competition. ElectroSupplies must sell hundreds upon hundreds of different products, so I was very surprised when the adviser I spoken to on the phone knew EXACTLY where I was going wrong and how to fix it. Instantly, it was problem solved and on with the job at hand, so I'm very grateful for the aftercare service I received that day. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with ElectroSupplies again because of this.

All I have to say is the service was great and delivery was fast as I needed the product in a hurry. I'm very happy.

Starting with an easy to use web site I found the thing I wanted and placed the order. Web said it would be here in 3 to 5 days and shocked and stunned It was here in 4 so well don on the posting out. Stuck in the batteries, pity they are not supplied, (never have the right size at home) and pointed it at the PVR. First time it worked like a dream and is still doing the same. Well worth looking at in the future.

Had problems with a previous supplier for headphones - emailed for a sample which was received the next day! Called to order and pay over the phone - very helpful and friendly. Item was just what I needed for multiple sockets, with the advantage of having variable 'stand offs' at the rear, to prevent the plug being pulled out of the mains socket.
