From phone order to delivery I received excellent advice and service.
Item not yet received after over a week. Emailed twice to confirm item had been dispatched and advised that nothing would be done until 14 days had elapsed. In the meantime I've paid for something I haven't received ! Not the best customer service.

The company contacted me promptly with regard to some items that weren't available, which was good, but then it all went downhill! I had paid for next day delivery, but some items arrived two days later, which the company claimed they had informed me about (they hadn't). The parcels were collected by a colleague, and I only discovered that some items were missing when it was too late to inform the company and get it resolved. All-in-all, not a great experience, and I would probably not use this company again.

The product was not exactly as advertised and did come with a little chip but it did the job at a decent price.
We are a school and made the order on line. It was easy to pay for the items and they were delivered very quickly!
Product was delivered as promised but one of the ports was damaged and pushed inwards and when trying the device one set of the speaker input ports doesn't work.
The product is great with good voice outcome. It was very easy to set up. It was actually set up by my thirteen year old boy. I will recommend it to everyone.
