Very happy with my Giant Contend SL 1 road bike. Ordered on a Thursday, and was riding my bike by the next Wednesday. It was sent from Scotland to London in a very large box, with the bike securely packed inside. Box is clearly marked as to which end to open, and once down you simply pull the bike out. Once the handlebar is straightened and tightened, seat raised, and pedals put on, you are basically good to go. Great instructions on the website and in the box. Came with Allen keys and a spanner, which are the only tools required. Brilliant service!

Ordering couldn't have been simpler. Online chat allowed me to confirm availability of turbo trainer (which are very scarce at the moment). Order was confirmed by email and delivery slot given to 2hr window. Had turbo the next day
