Sent a ring back to get a stone replaced that fell out. The stone fell out again. The company will not respond to an email. They will not return a call. They will not answer the phone. I have never dealt with such poor service.

Everything shown on the description was correct, the ring is so beautiful and workmanship was perfection. So very proud to present it.

This is a spectacular ring that is even better in person. The compliments are endless and it goes perfectly with my real solitaire diamond ring. Couldn’t be happier and will purchase from you again!

Two words......totally disappointed! Long story short....poor quality...no brilliance and if you want to return an item? Good luck getting a hold of customer service! I called and left 4 voicemails...never heard back! Her name is Rebecca and she does not return phone calls! I believe she is the only employee and works when she wants to! Do not buy anything from this company.

I purchased the 3 carat oval tapered baguettes on Jan 2nd and we received the ring on Jan 29th. It was supposed to come the week before however, when I called Rebecca she explained to me that they wanted the ring to be perfect but there was a flaw in the metal so they were remaking. I was impressed with this but also hoping the communication would have been better. Their customer service does not respond via email so you have to call them. The ring itself is gorgeous it’s perfect but a little big in size. So I may return it for. 6.5 size but in the 4 carat. Overall I’m happy with the price point and options.

I received my engagement ring and wedding band within a very reasonable time frame. The wait was far more than worth the anticipation, as they both are quite simply magnificent. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, and the product stunning. The pieces are just as radiant as true diamonds, and no one would suspect. I am thrilled with my purchase, and the wonderful staff. Highly recommended. The wedding band is more petite than photographed, but I believe it complements the engagement ring even more. I will be back!

Hello Rebekah, Due to my credit card requiring that I report fraud within 30days of purchase, and being the fact that I have received no response to my correspondence or the shipping confirmation, I am sad to report that these charges will be reported as of today to my credit card company. Your jewelry is beautiful but your communication has been non existent up to this point and that is worthless even with beautiful jewelry. Hope you understand, thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since making this post, the company has reached out to me and apologized. My item was in stock and shipped out within hours of leaving this review. I have been given a FedEx tracking number and expect to receive the item today. If I feel the need to, I will update this review again after handling the merchandise directly. Original Rating was 1-Star, changed to 3-Stars after they reached out to me and shipped my item.

You have very nice jewelry but the experience would be far improved if you responded to voicemail messages within a day or two. Also, it would be appreciated if you would call or email a customer with an eta on their item versus just going dark on them for weeks on end.
