Never received my order!
I received the ring quickly, it is very pretty. Since the stone was too large for my small finger, I wanted to return and re-order. I called and spoke to Rebecca, who was very courteous and helpful. I just received notice that my replacement will be here tomorrow.

service was excellent. I was unaware that some of the jewerly is handmade and only on request. It might be worth telling the client that this "item" is custom made and will require a week or two. The woman whom I spoke with in nyc was very informative and once she indicated that the earring were a custom process, all my further questions were answered. I have used your company in the past and will continue to use it. Service was great.
