A friend of mine bought a tens machine identical to the one I purchased from you for $65,the one you sold me cost $129.The machines were identical to each other.To make matters worse they rang me last Saturday to let me know that Aldi still had some machines left and had reduced their price to $45.These are all identical except the name badging had been changed.I'm afraid you won't be getting any more of my custom.

I finally found where to get the wheat heat from because my original one was getting a bit the worst for wear after 6 years. This product would have to be one of the best things for my/andmy wifes aches and pains.Anyone with a back ache should have one.

Delivers comfortable, consistent heat

The goods were fine, however the packaging of the goods was rough. It also took well over a week to get to WA and it cost me $15.00 I believe that is too slow. Look to Aust Air Express for next day delivery and you can do it for $15 if you have the volume.

Very quick postage and nice to speak too

Very good quality equipment. You get what you pay for. My only issue is the postage fee. I'd expect it to be faster. Considering it is taking over a week, I live in Australia. Please speed it up. Thankyou

As I opened this package, part of the press stud which holds the cover on, fell out. When I checked it, there seems to be no way it can be replaced on the cover so the cover will work its way off if it is used. I work at Latrobe Regional Hospital (situated between Morwell and Traralgon) and only come home on weekends to receive mail, deal with home and business matters etc. So I haven't worked out how to return this item. Would love some help with this.

Well made and comfortable to wear. I have been using similar style braces that were sourced from the USA as I could not find a suitable brace in Australia until I came across the DeRoyal pro sport that I find are a far superior brace in quality and comfort. Optomo staff were helpful whenever I contacted them and gave a full refund on a return when I had difficulty trying to work out the correct size brace for my knee which I might add was not a fault with their sizing chart or video but due to the deformity of my knee through injury.

I find the web-site easy to browse and placing an order is hassle free. Goods are delivered super fast and are as described on said web-site, I have no hesitation in recommending them for the items needed to help you stay fit or well.

My ordered was delay more than a week. I was waiting for the good to go to use at overseas trip so the good arrived after I left for my trip. I am very disappointed about the delay. To date I am not use the good yet as I am overseas.
