I ordered this heat pad for an elderly friend who was in a great deal of pain and her heat pad had quit working. she is, housebound and in despair. I ordered this product from Optimo and was impressed with the ease of ordering and the prompt arrival of product (3 days). MY friend is extremely pleased with this product and is much more comfortable now. Her only complaint is the 2 hour automatic shutdown but I think this is a built in safety feature on all similar products. I would not hesitate to purchase from Optimo again, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered my heating pad on Friday afternoon and received it Monday afternoon. The heating pad itself is brilliant. As I use it primarily for arthritis in my neck, I love how flat it is and that you don't feel the inner workings that generate the heat. I'm also very impressed with how quickly it reaches optimum heat. It's miles ahead of my old heating pad. Brilliant product and brilliant service.

Optomo staff answered my questions promptly though I did think that I might have been "encouraged" to spend on a more expensive model AquaJogger than the basic model which suits me fine. Product was delivered in record-fast time and I suppose that accounts for the high price of the AquaJogger itself. The AquaJogger, while being an excellent product which will benefit me greatly, is made from a few dollars worth of material. I suppose if more of these were sold, the price would come down; as it stands, it's a good exercise aid at a premium mark-up for it's designers, makers and sellers. Optomo can't be blamed for getting what it can $-wise from this item as they are delivering the goods when no one else in Australia does.

Optomo are so easy to deal with.They kept me informed of the order progress the whole way through by email, to the actual delivery & then they emailed to say the delivery had just been made.Such efficient service of a great product.

Tried to purchase this product in store at several large pharmacies but they did not have the size I required. Your price was slightly cheaper also, and was delivered within 2 days of ordering. 2nd time I have used you and both have been excellent.
