Denzil was a star, very patient with a techno fobe. He was able to split my broadband widths so that I could connect smart devices in my home. Denzil displayed fantastic customer service and solved my issue quickly and talked me through the process and waited for me to be able to connect. Fantastic service.

Our internet was installed ahead of schedule in appalling bad weather sleet and snow on 8th Feb. 2024 in Blackpool. The 4 engineers namely Adam, Dan J, Scotty & Michael not only did a thoroughly professional job but made it an informative and entertaining experience. Prior to leaving the lads ensured that all our equipment was working correctly and even helped us to connect our phones & IPads to the new internet. End result the internet is now running at a blistering pace and we couldn't be happier. Many thanks lads we highly recommend 6G Internet.

Excellent service. Engineer Steve was really pleasant and helpful and had my Internet set in no time and also cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend 6G to family and friends

Absolute terrible horrible company,avoid at all.costa,I made 3 payments on my account to the balance by accident against Dec 2023 Bill.I was £44 in credit,called them 29th Dec and asked for a refund for the overpayment,They said 3 working days,Nothing returned,called Jan they said 15 working days for refund,Nothing.Looked at my bill for Dec,The account credit was there but they charged the full credit amount as line rental,when it doesn't cost that much should be £3.50 a month line rental not £44,Sent a email to 6gi Complaints,Nothing back,called them today to Try sort this out,The guy who works there said he will put through to a manager in 48hours,I said the manager was ment to call me last time,He said it was not done properly.He Kept askin me what the complaint is about,He asked me 3 Times and I told him every time regarding complaint.I.asked to speak to somebody else,Told me to call back.The whole thing has been a nightmare,Customer service is shocking to say the least.They don't know what there Talking about with very little empathy.Dreadfull company,Go else we're for your broadband

By far the worst company i have ever dealt with, got them installed oct 5th 2023 , it worked well for about 3 days then kept cutting off or running really slow between 1 and 5 mbps whilst paying for 100 mbps i have phoned them almost every day complaining about it to only get the same response i will upgrade it to internal faults team and i will get a call tomorrow which rarely happens, the only team which works well is the billing team is the direct debits is very reliable taken on the due date.

Fast helpful didn’t argue with me and resolved my queries promptly there was no wait time either I spoke with customer agent called Durrani who provided impeccable service on behalf of 6gs internet

A guy called Durrani rang me and the issue that I had he resolved quickly and efficiently. I have no further complaints about 6g but the only comment I have is the long wait to get hold of anyone. Next time I will use the Chat which Durrani sent me the link to

Absolutely terrible service internet constantly going down for days on end hardware always breaking. This is a very amateur set up, the company is now trading under a different name I believe, stay away from this company.!!
