Clayton arrived this morning right on time, talked me through what he would be doing this morning (Wed 16th Nov) Absolutely spot on cleaned and hoovered as he went and very knowledgeable regarding 6g. Went above and beyond what I was looking for even fixing my router to wall, Very highly recommended and once again Clayton thank you from the Graham family

Had a minor issue which required a service call, this was jumped on immediately and the next day, Dan Vose and Jordon attended my property. Again the lads went the extra mile, starting at the antenna and made adjustments, fixing the issue, made them coffee, job done, happy days, thanks lads

A lad called Jamie came round this morning to install my WiFi, he was a good lad and very polite. He got straight on with the work and the finish was great. Will be recommending him definitely

I had Clayton and Jon install my wifi and they were a massive help. Quickly installed routers downstairs and upstairs to make sure I had the best speed possible. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had no internet for 3 days but thanks to James and his colleague for sorting me out a new router and getting my internet back on. Both very friendly just knocked my confidence abit when I was asked when’s the baby due 😟 but he did apologise so all’s forgotten 😀 thanks again guys

Absolute garbage company. I am someone who ignores the odd bad review as people can be vindictive. But this company was the pits. I am in Blackpool and got a leaflet put in my letterbox with an opening offer. So I said yes to it and gave my bank info Start of September and they set up dd 8th September. 3 weeks go by and I not heard a thing. I complain and am told that due to an issue it wont be live until the end of October. I asked a manager to call me and someone called said nothing, hung up and never heard from them again despite me going on chat. So they lied about it being 7-14 days, and I had my other service disconnected in anticipation. So then when it wasn't they did not let me know anything. And never ever got back to me again even now , absolutely useless in all honesty.

Engineer Jamie arrived early and was extremely polite and friendly. Service was great explained everything and was very professional very happy with the job carried out

Engineer Clayton Draper was really friendly efficient and knew his job well. No problems whatsoever even cleaned and hoovered after the job was completed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had Dario Out This Morning To Put A New Router In Kept Me Updated With What He Was Doing Glad To Say We Have One Happy Toddler Now He Can Watch Peppa.

Just had luke and Jordan round to set up my instal my Internet brilliant guys would highly recommend

Had a Ryan come out today to set my broadband up, there was a struggle at first due to trees blocking the way but he went out his way and did everything he could so I could have broadband. Very much appreciated.
