Very informative and the process was easy!

Have to say my install was excellent, had Kyle as my engineer he struggled with a few issues but nothing was too much trouble, had issues that couldn't be resolved on the day but chased it up and came back next day with a fix. My first week wasn't at all good kept having intermittent signal and had no signal at all Sunday, Monday, spoke to customer service they said they were having problems but I would be back on by Tuesday. I was back on but still intermittent signal left it a couple of days, then rang them again, said they were still having issues but they would try and resolve them at the main router or send an engineer back,have to say given all the trouble I have had would give a lesser rating, but they have dealt with the problem every time and been quite honest with me. I have had a really good signal for a week now, the only negative I can honestly say is with the router, it only has 2 Lan cable inputs so I have had to use a tsp link Lan spilter booster also lose nearly half of my signal wireless compared to when I was with talktalk, wireless on talk talk I was paying for 150mbps and was getting 135mbps wireless, on 6g paying for 300mbps wireless and getting 156mbps, so that's why had to buy TP link Lan spilter booster.so far would recommend given the teething problems.just be aware there a start up and the router issues.

Came across 6g from a flyer and decided to give them a go as there deals were good. Nathan came today to instal and made sure i was happy with what i was recieving from the start! He made sure i knew what i needed and the installation was really quick and hassle free, and my internet speed exceeds what was offered in every room with no issues, and was all tested before he left. Already reccomended to my friends to use this company. Thankyou!

The 5 stars are for the engineer Scotty as he did a fantastic and professional job . He explained everything and checked the signal through out my house . Been checking through my rooms with my old provider ( virgin) as still connected and I'm getting better MPs so far . Will see over the next week's if 6g holds its own .

We recently had our 6G internet fitted into our home by Steve & Nathan. Both guys were really lovely and professional. They made it all really straight forward and checked that I was happy with everything at every stage of the installation. They stayed 2 hours after their working day had ended just to get it working properly for me. Really great guys. Our previous WiFi (sky) gave us speeds of 10 and now with the 6G we have an average speed of 140 which is a huge difference! So far we’re happy and have no complaints! Thanks Steve & Nathan! (Sorry the review is late, I’ve been on holiday!)
