When I contacted 3-D Crystal a few years back and got a few crystals made they did a fantastic job. They were very meticulous about the picture and the detail and how big the picture can go this year. I’ve got a few more done again for my family and they absolutely love them I dealt with Catherine. Great product , designers made a mock up based on my MS Paint edited picture. Knew exactly what I wanted and it came out very nice, just the way I wanted. A tad pricey, more then I expected but it is a special to memento to us.
After working through a couple of electronic hurdles, the order was processed, shipped, and received. This crystal heart was made for my daughter and her boyfriend, who recently lost her rescue dog who was the love of their lives. The product was awesome and they fell in love with it immediately. A beautiful memorial to a dog who I also loved with all my heart. Thank you... so much.
I am totally impressed with this company, its customer service and the finished product. The ease of use of their website along with their complimentary digital proof of the final product was extremely helpful in creating and visualizing the crystal. Melissa was awesome. Had an issue with my credit card when I went to pay and she reached out to me to make sure I could get my order placed in time for Mother’s Day. My wife loved the gift which arrived within the time stated. The crystal itself is wonderful and unique. Would be great if it was able to keep a charge and not have to be plugged in all the time.

While on the Serenade of the Seas cruise, celebrating our family reunion, we ordered the rectangle horizontal Crystal from the Photoshop. My brother recently passed and as we approached the 1 year mark and Father's Day, I thought about 3D Crystal which I remember I saw in a mall some years ago. I initially did not have high expectations as the photo I submitted was very grainy and low-res and to apply it to a larger crystal like the XL size, it may further degrade the image quality, but to my surprise the 3D image came out clearer than the photo itself. I was completely blown away at the clarity and lifelike appearance of this work of art. The artist who works on preparing the image manually to ensure that it resembles the actual photo really has done an excellent job and I am so glad the result was better than expected. These crystals are perfect for weddings and funerals and as gifts for loved ones who you want to memorialize in 3D. It really is amazing to see a face of a loved one in 3D than a conventional 2D photo. When you turn the crystal to the side, you'll see the depth and contours of their face that only you know so well and it almost brings it back to life! Our crystal arrived with the bonus keychain containing a miniaturized version of the main product. The keychain contains a very bright LED light on the chain clasp and is a great addition to give to a family member as a gift! I'll definitely order again after I sort through to find the best photos of all my family. The only gripe I have is that there is no variety in the font used for the engraving. The default font type is Monotype Corsiva (cursive) which I believe is set at 12pt. Hopefully in the future there will be an option for additional fonts, including both serif (Times New Roman) and non-serif fonts (Helvetica/Arial) for even extra personalization! The overall experience and corresponding with customer service was excellent. Fast response times, polite/courteous staff, and attention to detail seems to be their number 1 priority which I like and is the basis of any good business! If I were a wedding planner, corporate events coordinator or funeral director, 3DCrystal.com would definitely be on speed dial.
