I’ve had so much trouble with my chair, it needed a new motor in first year ! Then it’s been various problems since, I had to wait til kit sent from England to Scotland before engines can come out. I do have to say the engineers are great, Jackie and Kieran are so helpful, they’ve been here so often they feel like family. The last few times I’ve really needed my chair it’s been awaiting repair, most recently it was away for nearly 5 weeks and 4 weeks after them having it I get a call informing me that the bar needed is no longer available and a shorter one will be used and was that ok, I said yes as long as it wasn’t going to be a lot off footrest l l couldn’t believe they’d had my chair 4 weeks and nothing was done to it, dreadful. Girl on the phone said she’d been trying to get me but I don’t believe that as I was in bed for 2 weeks with a chest infection and was in for much of the following 2 weeks. When chair did come back it seemed ok for length as when I sat on it and elevated footrest it seemed ok but when relaxing back my feet hang over the edge. I tried calling on Tuesday there and left my call back number but no return of call to date. I’m not one for doing reviews but I’m so over this company, I got my chair for medical reasons not because it looks good in my living room and not having it at Christmas was awful as I’d just dislocated my hip and had no other suitable seating so got a horrible looking cushion from hospital to use to keep my hips in alignment. Thankfully the engineers came out just before new year, it needed a new handset. If I had purchased a cheap chair then you might expect problems but a chair costing this much should last for years with any issues. Someone thought I’d purchased a whole suite with what I paid for this chair. As I said before Jackie and Kieran cannot be faulted for their excellent customer service but they don’t work for the company they are subcontractors.
Would suggest holding 'music' should be changed!!
It has been very easy getting my prescription filled with Citizen Meds. It only takes about 5 minutes to fill out the forms and then they have the medication shipped overnight.

Ich habe kürzlich bei Coolblue eine Bosch-Waschmaschine für 850 € bestellt. Um den Lieferzeitraum einzugrenzen, habe ich extra Geld bezahlt und mir dafür sogar einen Tag Urlaub genommen. Die Maschine wurde als "Zweite Wahl – wie neu" angeboten, also ohne Kratzer oder sonstige Mängel. Was dann geliefert wurde, war allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung: Die Waschmaschine war stark verbeult, verzogen und an mehreren gebrochen – also völlig unbrauchbar. Die beiden Lieferanten waren sehr freundlich und haben sich sogar entschuldigt. An ihnen lag es definitiv nicht. Ich habe sofort Fotos gemacht und den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Die Antwort? Ein 30 € Gutschein für eine zukünftige Bestellung. Kein Wort von Erstattung der Zusatzkosten oder meines verlorenen Urlaubstags. Ehrlich gesagt, ist das mehr als enttäuschend. Für ein so teures Produkt und die zusätzlichen Services erwarte ich auch einen entsprechenden Umgang mit Reklamationen. Leider kann ich nach dieser Erfahrung nur abraten. Sehr schade – ich hätte gerne etwas Positives berichtet. Dann lieber bei der Konkurrenz.
