You always hope that things will work out when you do this sort of thing on line ... not in this case. We cancelled this order, for personal and care reasons, the day after we ordered. Nearly 1Ks worth of tiles. Free delivery was NOT FREE if you cancel the order even if you are within the statutory 14 days of cooling off ... why? ... because it had already been dispatched. Ten days of phone calls, emails, excuses, being gaslighted and lied to and still no sign of a refund, even a partial. So if you cancel you will be told that it's already been dispatched and will have to pay the delivery charge of 250 quid. Checked distance selling rules on gov.uk ... they are crooks so my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ich habe eine Kühl- Gefrierkombination gekauft. Da eine direkte Lieferung am nächsten Tag nicht mehr möglich und auch nicht nötig war, konnte ich bequem einen Liefertag auswählen. Die Mail mit dem Zeitfenster für die Lieferung kam wie versprochen. Am Tag der Lieferung kam sogar noch eine SMS und 10 Minuten vorher ein Anruf. Das Gerät wurde sogar bis zum Aufstellungsort gebracht. Altgerätmitnahme war auch super. Man fühlte sich stets über den Stand der Bestellung informiert.
It was good packet , but maybe you could change it by making the packet smaller so you don’t have to put so much paper in it. And than it could even go perhaps into the letterbox. But further it was great
