I recently had the experience of accompanying my father to the Dente Dental clinic, and I have to say, we were pretty skeptical at first. It was a procedure my father dreaded from day he was told it has to happen. However, from the moment we arrived, Mary’s warm hospitality put us at ease. She was friendly and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. Dr. Unal was outstanding as well on the first visit. He got his head down and did what he had to do in order to promptly get over with the procedure. Boy he’s fast! 😅 On our second visit, the therapist who was completing the fitting, took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. The treatment process was smooth, and we felt like we were in really good hands. Dad is very grateful for his teeth looking as natural and as beautiful as ever. Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering dental care abroad, I highly recommend this clinic—it’s definitely worth it! ThankYou Dente once again!
I hired SPCTEK for an account assessment intended to identify the root cause of my Amazon account deactivation and serve as the foundation for a future Plan of Action (POA). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After the promised deadline passed, I had to reach out to ask why the report had not been delivered. They responded that they were “still working on it,” which already seemed strange given that they had access to my Amazon account for several days. Shortly after, they contacted me again asking for new access to my account, which confirmed my concerns: in more than seven days, they had not properly worked on my case nor gathered the necessary information. The final report was merely a repetition of the information I had originally provided — with no new analysis, no strategic recommendations, and no real foundation for a Plan of Action. It fell far below the level of professionalism and service that had been promised.
