Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Logitravel gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir bekamen für 550 € pro Person einen 7-tägigen Hotelaufenthalt in einem 5-Sterne Spitzenhotel in London (Royal Horseguards) ein Executive-Zimmer mit Frühstück. Über die Hotelhomepage wäre für selbiges mindestens der 3-fache Preis fällig geworden. Über andere Hotelbuchungsportale hätten wir für das gleiche Geld gerade einmal 4-Sterne Hotels in schlechter Lage buchen können. Ein Zimmerupgrade vor Ort auf ein riesiges ca. 40qm großes Zimmer mit KingSize Bed machte den Urlaub perfekt. Allerdings sollte man derartige Upgrades immer vor Ort erfragen und nicht über Logitravel, da sich der Preis sonst stark (ca. 250 €) erhöht hätte. Eine Woche vor Anreise habe ich im Hotel angerufen und mich vergewissert, ob alles korrekt übermittelt wurde, was der Fall war.

Ordered a wheelbarrow 12 days ago, did not receive notification of dispatch so had no idea when to expect the delivery. When it did arrive after 2 working days (luckily someone was in, I wasn't!), it was the wrong model. Did not respond to my email enquiry for 4 days because had tried to call me and my mobile was switched off - here's a clue, if somebody emails you, they generally expect an email response unless otherwise stated. Eventually the correct item was delivered at 6pm yesterday and the wrong one taken away FOC. Lot of hassle though so quite disappointing overall.

1. Aveti depozitul aproape sau ceva pentru ca de fiecare daca cand iau de la voi fie in aceeasi zi fie ziua urmatoare dimineata aveti deja produsul pe care l-am comandant. 2. Tineti preturile joase la majoritatea componentelor PC. Sincer sa va spun maturati concurenta. Unii oameni spun ca nu are sens pentru cativa zeci de lei, insa cand contruiesti o configuratie se aduna. Felicitari baieti!
Good bargain and pretty quick delivery, but only 4 stars because of the delivery method and terms - read the small print! I'm not even sure it's legal having paid for the items up front. They should definitely use a different courier rather than send an order confirmation along with a threat of extra charges if you're not in when the courier arrives, especially when leaving instructions to leave with neighbours etc for 'just in case'. Other couriers don't do this and starting the relationship with Greatgardensonline with a threat is unfortunate to say the least. Change the courier and 5 stars no problem.
The things I appreciated the most were the price of the product was reasonable and the shipping lower than other suppliers. The low shipping cost was what clinched the deal.
I am a builder and have so far bought a couple of underfloor heating systems from Ambient, Installed one in a conservatory and one in a bathroom, great value, service,delivery and free upgrades on thermastats i will deffinately use them again.
Selv om de sagde til mig at det var skaffevare, så kom mine bestilte ovnplader og kulfilter til mine Ikea/Whirpool hvidevarer i løbet af 3 dage. Ikea kunne ikke finde ud af at levere reservedele, men det kunne CJ tør man sige. God service på telefonen også inden jeg bestilte online. Kommer helt sikkert igen...
