I have bought more than half a dozen miners from Nhash as they provide one of the most competitive pricing for KAS miners. I was sceptical at first, however the staff Bella, Emily and Hiro were very responsive and friendly, and their delivery has always been on time for most parts. There was one incident when my Bitmain miner was delayed for deliver for almost over a month, however that was due to Bitmain’s lack of planning. The staff have also helped guide me with finding solid hosting companies which have efficient electricity prices in the US. I am planning to purchase a few more rigs as KAS miners are severely undervalued now. Thanks Nhash and team!

My first experience ordering a mining rig was as good as it gets. The team, especially Bella, was super helpful from pricing through payment. Once they confirmed payment, it took them 2 days to prepare and ship. I was surprised to receive the mining rig 3 days after. These guys are top blokes. They are the first ones to receive new products from manufacturer and their customer service is the best of the best. Ordering and shipping is smooth and price is very competitive too. I see that some other one who left review here was not happy with them about extra cost on shipping and cancellation. They normally charge small extra for free shipping on top of online order if you live in remote part of your country. Best practice in ASIC buying in general is to check current price including shipping before you place order online on chatting platform on the same day as market price fluctuate and that is how ASIC market works. No other guys including Nhash will cancel your order when you realize that the ASIC price goes down while you wait for your order to be shipped. Thumps up for Nhash

I Pre-ordered a miner and paid in full. 2weeks pass and I'm told I have to pay shipping which was free. I ask to refund and cancel, they refuse. I pay. 1month goes by they tell me price increase of 400. I ask to refund and cancel, they refuse. I pay and write a bad review. The owner withholds my purchase until I delete review, and tells me this. also offers incentive to delete. 5days later I delete review so my property will be shipped. Never buying from them again.
