The selection of mugs were listed nicely as to sizes. the colors and pictures were accurate. the product received was as shown. You have to purchase using ad. You cannot go to Zazzle site and find there. I received email my ordered was canceled and then I received the order????

I was not asking for a return, only to inquire about the color being light, and asking if I placed another order if the mugs would be true to color or light such as the 4 I received (though they were still sweet. They emailed me with a 30% off promotional code, but I didn't receive the code, nor could I reply to the email. I would like the promo code, but there is no way to receive it! Was asking for assistance.

While my initial experience with Zazzle wasn't the best, Zazzle quickly rectified my issue without any trouble or extra hassle on my end. Their customer support and service will be the reason I return shopping with them again

I ordered a combo of digital download and print invitations for an event. The design was lovely, editing was easy and the download was perfect and simple to use. Unfortunately, the print invitations were flimsy, surprisingly shiny (almost like photo paper?) and only came with 1 envelope which was also super thin. Granted, I didn’t select expensive paper but if I’d know how chintzy the standard options would look I would have rethought that. It wasn’t the end of the world but definitely disappointing quality.

I have used Zazzle for years but will never order from them again. Their quality has declined dramatically. This is what happened with my most recent order ($850!). I ordered invitations, reply cards, envelopes as well as a few other cards to go into the envelope. When the first part of my order arrived (the 2nd part showed up 5 days later and way after the date I was told they would arrive) only envelopes came. They didn’t send the invitations! So they had to re-print and send them. It took a week to get the invitations. Then, after we sent the invitations out, we found out that some of them opened in the mail. You could say that I didn’t seal them well enough… except, the envelopes with the reply cards ALSO opened. In fact, we got back 3 empty envelopes today that should have had reply cards in them. So now we have no idea who RSVP’d. It’s so frustrating that the invitations were not sent in the original package (and in turn, we were late to get the invites in the mail). Then, the adhesive didn’t stick on the outer envelope, or the reply card envelope. It’s not ok to pay $850 for product and have such poor quality. It’s a shame because I want to support small businesses and the designers run their own companies, but if Zazzle can’t fulfill the orders accurately, timely, and with quality product, then I will have to shop elsewhere.

This 5-star rating is in regard to the help I got from Suzanne when I phoned to ask why, as a contributor, the amount of royalties shown on the 1099-MISC tax form Zazzle had sent did not jibe with the amount amount of royalties I'd actually received in 2024. A few years ago when I had questions about a strange entry on a 1099-MISC, I was told the accounting dept would get back to me and no one did.

Ordered a custom t-shirt - received my confirmation email but that was it - had to reach out and message them myself when the target delivery date was passed to find out the order was cancelled and no refund was returned - AVOID at ALL COSTS

While my original order was lost in transit, customer service was very fast to resolve the issue and expedite a reprint and provided courier services to help speed up the process even more. Amy was fantastic.

The invitations were correct and shown on line.The design was very cute and colorful. The order arrived quickly and was in good condition. There was a tear in the packaging but it did not affect the items.

Completely customizable! However, when I received the mug, it already had a spot where the print was peeling off. Thus the 4 stars.
