The ease of personalizing a product online, the wide variety of choices, and the reasonable prices are the reason I’m happy with Zazzle. This was the first time I’ve ever used Zazzle and I used it for Thank You and memorial cards, and they are beautiful. They also arrived in a timely manner.

The invitations were great. I did not like the Zazzle heart create your moment quote on the backside of the envelope. I purchased envelopes elsewhere at an additional cost. Thank you.

Bought a poster from here and needed a way to print a picture of it to show some people at a board meeting. Zazzle refused. Apparently their artist Ellen Beeler is so paranoid that someone will steal her poster art that she refused to share even a picture of it as a jpeg. I would look elsewhere for posters.

Where is my current balance? I have'n asked for payment yet becasue i'm waiting for more money on pending. Im a zazzle designer and this is the third time that my current baland disappear. I have over 5000 items but it's not worth it. I have been working so hard for small money and you guys wanna take them from me all the time. I kind like delete all the products.

Pros - Highly customizable, lots of options, fast production Cons - The graphic on the front of the shirt started disintegrating after 3 washes. Washed on cold, inside out, low heat dry.

I had an issue of not receiving a card and it’s been over three weeks. The agent checked on my account and offered to send another one Express shipping. I greatly appreciate the service.

Be careful if you agree to free trial membership. No one let's you know your trial membership will soon expire and if you cancel immediately upon being charged for a new year, Zazzle refuses any returns of that product or refunds. They may offer a credit on future goods, but why would you ever buy anything else from a website with such bad customer service. Buying a membership is buying a product they sell and they refuse returns or refunds.
