I've been using Zare as my main cloud server provider since 2016 and I must say they've been excellent on that front. I've never faced a single issue with Zare since I've been with them. Recently, I've decided to get a dedicated server as well as keep my cloud server running. The request I put in with regards to the server was fulfilled by the staff which I was not expecting what so ever! They truly went above and beyond with their service. I must say, their staff are amazing, friendly and if you ever have a problem they respond quite quickly. In conclusion this is one hell of a company and I'm thrilled to continue my services with them.

Have had a server here from beginning of April through October. Never had any issues at all. Prices are decent, customer support is quick and friendly. I used my server as a game server for various games - ARK mainly - and teamspeak. Never experienced any unexpected downtime.

The service is just incredible. Curtis, Harry and Jordan are amazingly helpful and super quick to respond to questions. Control panel is easy to use and navigate, Servers are powerful and never had a problem with them. I would recommend Zare to anyone easily without hesitation.

Zare has been my one-stop dedicated server shop for the last 19 months. I've had services hosted by ioMart RapidSwitch, EasySpace and OVH over the past 5 years and their services do not match that of Zare. Price Zare cannot be matched on price, taking into consideration the hardware specifications, bandwidth and DDOS protection which is provided free alongside all of their products. Other web hosts will often charge upwards of £200PCM for "quality" DDOS protection which is also often not tailored to the customers requirements, the protection offered by Zare works out of the box. DDOS Protection My business was hindered during launch from DDOS attacks during its launch and with other providers was often reduced to nothing. I have tried and tested DDOS protection offered by Iomart and OVH and again that protection does not match that of what is offered by Zare. Given that Zare offers their protection for FREE alongside their products, it has been the most powerful protection I've used to date and I've had zero service disruption and regular (often daily) alerts of "attempted" and unsuccessful DDOS attacks on my services. I manage a cluster of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive servers one of which is currently the #1 server in the United Kingdom and #8th in the world. Server and network stability is absolutely paramount and Zare have not failed to uphold a quality and renowned service throughout the last 19 months. Support Zare offer support by means of a ticketing system which I've used several times and all queries have been answered within the hour during daytime hours and still get a response outside of these hours. Overall Rating: 10/10

Brilliant host! Ticket response times for me have always been under an hour or so but sometimes even under a minute. When I requested a server upgrade (VPS), they upgraded me within two minutes. My server has not knowingly been down since I joined them a few months ago. DDOS Protection is included as standard. I thoroughly recommend Zare.

So I have been using Zare for around 8-9 months and I believe I have had enough of an experience to leave an honest review. Support Times & Customer Satisfaction Zare offer some great support. For the 7 months I have been with them they have given us incredible support response times which vary from an hour to 24 hours. Although this may not sound great you have to keep in mind that these guys run their own datacentre and keeping up with tickets at that pace is amazing compared to someone like OVH who can take anywhere up to 2 weeks to respond to one ticket which is not great at all especially for emergencies. Zare offer almost the best customer satisfaction you will find anywhere! Along with their prices they are very flexible giving you discounts and promotions if you are in need of them! All you need to do is ask! Their staff are also incredibly friendly and caring and it's quiet clear they know exactly who their clients are and what they are in need for. Prices For Quality The prices are too good to be true! They offer servers from anywhere in Bristol to London with the best specs which you can get for under £100.00. I can't forget to mention the complimentary DDoS protection that is able to withstand up to 100Gbps of malicious traffic which most providers would not provide at all or charge you a fortune to have. A 1Gbps up link and 300000 GB of bandwidth all free of charge. Up time Zare have impeccable up time and I have never experienced downtime due to outages. I will have to admit that when Zare do plan scheduled hardware upgrades they need to up their game with organisation as sometimes the downtime lasts much longer than expected which isn't exactly acceptable as many hosting companies utilise Zare for game hosting and want to have a some what accurate time of how long the servers will be down for instead of saying it will be down for 15 minutes and then it turns out to be down for an hour. Other then that you should not expect any random outages from these guys. Control Panel The control panel is incredibly easy to use and very easy to work around. Zare gives you a status of your server, provides you with real time attack logs, DDoS protection scalability, DDoS attack email notifications and much more! DDoS Protection Finally the protection Zare offers is good but not great. Offering protection of 100Gbps all for free is excellent and the fact that Zare provides you with real time updates of attacks through the panel and email is also amazing. That's not something most providers do, or they just don't make it easy to access. Zare really needs to focus on their protection and how it mitigates attacks as they are struggling to keep up with other companies such as OVH. I say this because there have been many occasions where attacks as small as 20Mbps have slipped past our filters for no apparent reason. Other then that the quality of protection they give free is good. Overall I highly recommend Zare to anyone looking for a UK server. You may think someone like OVH London would be more of a reliable decision but compared to Zare what they give is not for the best value. Zare are so good I currently have 4 London, UK servers with them and 1 Bristol, UK server with them and I have no intentions to migrate to another host.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service of this budget hosting company in the United Kingdom. I am looking forward to their launches in additional locations. They also use Corero DDoS Protection, which is the best protection available today in my opinion. Another thing I appreciate is the courteous customer service. They are very understanding and will always attempt to accommodate you.

Very good hardware, resources dedication solution and DDoS protection choices for a good price. Definitely catches up the customer. Good support response times, though the answers are sometimes too much advanced and not understandable by a normal user (having in mind Curtis Adams here).

I was a client of this company a few months ago, that was not an "awesome" experience but yet it was acceptable, they were using Voxility and that actually caused a bit of issues with servers etc... but now it's totally different, Customer service is just brilliant, they are willing to help and work at stunning hours (like 5AM), services are awesome, I currently have a dedicated server from them and it's just working as it should have to work, it actually exceeded my expectations at some point. Also, I've got answered almost istantly to all of my tickets except for one but the technician was actually busy. With that said, overall experience is absolutely a 10 out of 10, no issues, no nothing, just a pure functional service with a team that will help you in any possible way. Recommended.

I have been with Zare for a week now, and they have been good with support as well as giving a helping hand. It was a bit of a long waiting time for my box, but the next day of ordering the box, they switched me to better gear for the same price in order to not delay it even more. Good company!
