I have been with Zare for a few months now and the service has been second to none with quick response times with most support queries (some longer queries such as billing can take 24 hours to get a response, but urgent queries always get dealt with very swiftly). When I initially ordered a server with Zare, this took a few days to provision as they had to order the hardware in which is completely understandable for a custom specification dedicated server. There hasn't been any server related issues, but we did get around 20 minutes of downtime when they turned off our server when a abuse report came in without prior warning (via email or telephone). This did affect all of our sites on the server which is very frustrating. After this incident, they have stated they are now working on improving their internal processes to handle abuse reports better. It would have been nice to receive a phone call so I could act upon the abuse report rather than just immediately turn off the server for me to request it to be turned back on and wait for them to get back in touch. Hopefully moving forwards the service can remain great without further issues and better communication.

I've used a lot of server hosts in the past, and Zare is one of the most professional and reliable I've ever used. I've never experienced any down time of any kind, and their staff is always very responsive and helpful.

Been using Zare for over a year now and I can honestly say I have had no issue. The support team are friendly, quick at responding and explain in detail if I had an issue. I would definitely recommend Zare to anyone who wants a dedicated server!

I used the products of other companies.But other companies cant solved my problem.(problem is layer4 tcp/udp attack ).They are always approaching goodwill.support team (jordan ,harry and other) expert ddos attack protection.Whenever i ask for help,they patiently solved the problem.They have a very advanced hardware firewall.Thank u very much zare

Used Zare in the past and to this day will continue to use their services. They always greet you nicely and always help with your problems. I had one problem which they were not obligated to help me with but they did to my surprise I just think well I know their support is top notch.

Helpful and friendly staff, fast responses to queries and issues. Hardware wasn't immediately available for provision in desired location, but they were open and honest about the situation. Once it was available, I was up and running in no time. Would happily recommend to anybody looking for a dedicated server host.

After doing multiple research for our New Facility on London we found Zare(Hydra) is more better option for us. Not because of their Pricing but their Multi Home Connectivity and Much low Latency from Different Location. I had done some Network Test from the Inside which shows us their Network output is much Impressive. Regarding Hardware, they are seems to be pretty fine and quality Hardware(Mainly the Disk). Overall We are totally satisfied doing business with them and I hope they will keep their stunning performance afterwards.

Last week I left Zare after 15 months as a client. I don't have time to write a full review of them but here are a few points from my experience. On first contact they seemed brilliant... Prices were negotiable and fair. Network was briefly down only twice for an hour in the 15 months as a client, can't fault it really apart from the 10gbps ports, they don't seem as stable as their 1gbps network. I had around 5 dedicated servers from my time with them, of which 3 had a disk failure at some point. Twice was immediately after delivery which made me question the drives in question and led to cancellation of services. The cost of items fluctuated greatly, from one day to the next things would triple in price. As I ran a business this wasn't practical because I would end up losing money from reselling products priced based on the previous quote from Zare. The staff that I spoke to on Zare were mixed and towards the end unaccommodating. Days without a response on live chat, one word answers in support tickets and not even a greeting. After spending over £2.5k in 12 months with this company, I feel rather let down. This is just my experience with Zare, many people tend to find them brilliant - I maybe was just unlucky or overlooked.

I've been with Zare/Nitrous Networks since 2014, and Trust me... I was an absolute pain in the backside. I Was Probably the worse customer they have ever dealt with. Yet, Still to this day, they host my small little server which amazes me considering everything. Jordan is absolutely amazing at what he does and I can't wait to see what becomes of the company in the next few years. Looking back I can never understand why they'd want to keep me as a customer, But they did and I'm so glad I stayed a customer. I Wouldn't have picked another host if I had the choice. Thanks for everything :)

Nothing but smooth sailing while being with Zare. First started using Zare in July, 2018, made the decision to move from some of my previous providers. Two months after that, I then again moved more stuff to Zare in January this year - best decision! Server & network performance is hands down one of the best I've experienced. Not forgetting support! Had a little issue with an attack and the support were on it instantly. Harry & Jordan are quick to respond to tickets and help you out when needed. Server build times are also really quick, if waiting is required - it's worth it! Their pricing is competitive & fair, Harry is very helpful & willing to listen to your needs to help get you going. Zare keeps getting better, looking forward to spinning up more servers when the new Netherlands location is available!

Arguably one of the best providers I've been with! Harry and the rest of the staff are awesome at what they do, and are both quick and extremely friendly when it comes to support. Can definitely recommend for anyone looking to set up an EU footprint with their solutions, or anyone looking for a simple (but still powerful) server provider that has your back! Server and network performance have both been great for me, with a good ping from the U.S. East Coast and West Coast where most of my users are. I haven't been made aware of any glaring issues from them when they've been using the services, so that is a good sign! For myself, the control panel is great, with even more exciting features coming that I'm looking forward to! Edit: After a situation with the network that I just myself discovered (totally on my end that it wasn't discovered sooner, nothing to do with anything Zare provides), everyone at Zare were extremely helpful to help me get it resolved. :) Couldn't ask for any better!
