Ordered on Thursday courier went to empty address on two occasions then informed I could collect in 5 days. Ridiculous spoke to yess promised a refund still waiting no communication at all to e mail and get passed around when I call them. Overall poor service won't use again

Ordered an armoured cable for an electric car from their website. The same cable was available elsewhere at a similar price, but they all required a 15metre or 20metre minimum order. Yesss electrical let me order the 10m I needed which saved me a big sum! I called them several times with a few questions regarding delivery and they were always so helpful. The delivery was then delayed due to an error on the part of the supplier, and Sam from customer service team was brilliant when I said I couldn't wait and organised for it to be delivered the next morning from a local store instead. Overall, a brilliant experience and would highly recommend!

We paid for 3 light bulbs for the 3 spot lights we bought but the bulbs were not included in the delivery . The delivery time was very vague and no idea when it would turn up . Basic items were out of stock .
