Wasn't sure about a product, called Ripon store and call taker was very knowledgable about what I could use. Very friendly and customer friendly.
Didnt recieve delivery
Very rarely has items in stock and delivery is very poor so unless it’s in store don’t bother.

I had an issue with a failing EV charger that was under warranty but i was getting absolutely no joy with the manufacturer who had terrible customer service. I contacted Yesss and spoke to Ian and his team and their customer service is second to none. They chased up the manufacturer and kept me updated. Although they had the same issue, they decided to swap the item for me and fight the battle with the manufacturer. I was kept updated, and felt valued. I would highly recommend Yesss. Great service.
