Every time I go into the North Watford branch of Yesss the guys are so helpful. I am utterly clueless ( and afraid!) of anything electrical and they always give excellent service. They are kind, patient, explain everything and, if they can, provide me with the right product. Fast delivery good product
Spoke to the Croydon branch to oder an EV charger, though not in stock pointed out availability at 2 other stores, or place the order by 4pm by phone or online for next day delivery. Ordered just before 4pm, delivery arrived by 1:30pm the following day... Very helpful and fast service. Thanks Yess Team

Although the PAT tester ordered tuned out to be faulty, it was refreshing to experience the speed and efficiency in which Yesss dealt with my problem Delivery of replacement and collection of the faulty unit were organised for the same day any only 2 days after raising the fault issue... amazing!

Was trying to update an old model extractor fan and found one on YESSS for a good price with clear dimensions. Meant I could order it online to be delivered and it was fitted with no issues! The new fan is a lot quieter and so I'm happy.
Order 10mm swa ev cable was meant to be next day for a job Cable never showed or any emails - rang up and the order was lost in between 2 systems was meant to be for a booked in job cable was due in a Thursday did lmt show untill following wensday looked bad on me to the client keep delaying the job
At branch level the People are great at what they can do but the company seems hell bent on sabotaging the efforts of the branch workers/manager! This is the worse company anyone will ever deal with when it comes to getting Credit Notes for mistakes made by the company! Extremely frustrating and has severely restricted the amount of business I do with the company. The company changes discounts and net prices set up by the branch so invoice prices are higher than the prices they give you when you quote for a job. The branches work really hard and head office do there best to sabotage all the effort put in at branch level
