TO PAYING ONLY THE CAUTION INSURANCE ) 2. BOAT WAS READY AT 18.40...WHICH IS REALLY LATE...THEY STARTED TO WORK ON THE BOAT ONLY AT 17.00...( IT IS WRITTEN, THE BOAT IS PREPARED FROM 17.00, BUT REALITY IS WORSE. IF YOU WONNA LEAVE EARLY THE MARINA, PAY FOR SOONER CHECKING ). BOAT WAS READY TO LEAVE MARINA AT 19.00 - A BIT TOO LATE. 3) YACHTING.COM CAUTION INSURANCE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DIRECTLY IN CHARTER, SO IF YOU DECIDE TO PAY IT, GET IT THERE ( WELL CHECK THE LIABILITIES ) 4) TOWELS NOT INCLUDED ( SET 5 EUR X CREW MEMBERS) 5) YACHTING.COM - TO PAY THEM, PAY DIRECTLY FROM EUR - ACCOUNT OTHERWISE THE EXCHANGE RATE IS NOT FAVOURABLE

Almost everything worked. Just the contract on the website consistently required repayment even though it had already been fully repaid. I was reassured that everything was fine, but now it would be nice if the website didn't say anything else.

Excelent servis.

Excellent service, as usual. Always my first and last stop when going to sea...

The rental itself went without a problem, the communication with the agency was very good. The boat itself was overall in a good state although it had some issues (like non-functioning autopilot, overheating engine, bad GPS display, and a leaking dinghy) which could have been avoided by better maintenance. What I did not like was that I was given the boat owner conditions (agreement) only after paying the full price, when I could no longer refuse them without loosing all the money paid. And the boat owner conditions were unfair and much more strict than the agreement I initially signed with Yachtcharter - more limitations on when (wind speed) and where we could sail, larger penalties (e.g. 100EUR/per hour for undercharged batteries) and larger financial risks (i.e. we might be required to pay the full price of the boat, instead of just losing the deposit, and not just in case of gross negligence). On the other hand, no such penalties were there in the contract for the boat owner, e.g. no discount for non-functioning equipment or us not being able to use the boat for some time.

Perfect service

Only after our coming to marina we found out that we would get different boat. Bigger, older .. I would appreciate better communication with the customer because the change was reported to the yachting.com by the charter company more than a month before our arrival. Also, the site is not very functional. No payment records, document uploads, contract conversion to pdf. Otherwise a very solid company!

Based on my ecperience definitely I can recommend this company to go with.
