Everything was as they promised. No complications.
Although I have used yachting.com several times ago, this year it sucks from the beginning: - 1st payment - I had successfully paid with credit card my first payment, however, yachting.com was still spamming me regarding unpaid debt. Ok, I thought they had some technical problems, so I called them to fix the issue. - skipper license question - I asked them if my skipper license (voditelj brodice kategorija b) is sufficient for rented boat - they didn't know, I had to call to charter directly and ask them - 2nd payment - I had successfully paid with credit card my second payment, however, again yachting.com was still spamming me regarding unpaid debt. Again, I had to call them. - 3rd payment - I had successfully paid with credit card my third payment, however, again and again - yachting.com was still spamming me regarding unpaid debt. They were not able to fix this issue after half a year!? What kind of company is this!? - The last issue was regarding boarding pass - I emailed them a request for boarding pass three days before check-in. Guess what? No response, after 24h I had to call them again. To summarize this: Really bad experience, nobody cares about you. Next time I will search for a boat rental somewhere else.

We rent Cw35 and 36 a sport boat bennetau 550 from there and was very surpriced with transfer from them to our Hotel without costs. The transfer was also exact in time as the pick up after holiday periode. The boat was full equiped as in the contract described, all together a perfect situation without any complications. When we rent a boat again is for me clear which charter organisation we take. Therefore 5 stars from my side.
