The customer service is really great here. I love the way that they reached out to me right away to see, if I had any questions about my purchase I also love the fact that my purchase included a few free gift, which was unexpected. Overall a really great experience.

So far all I have done is pre order the laptop. Everything about the ordering process has gone as anticipated though.

Great I like it hope I can get the computer

I have always purchased Apple products; however, I needed a very good gaming computer. After searching the Internet for the best deals, I could not beat Xotic PC's prices. Additionally, it was very easy to construct the computer I needed. Their site is easy to understand and pick the components you need for your computer. I highly recommend Xotic PC.

Going thru all of the laptop options was a breeze. It was very easy to filter & see all of the necessary information regarding each machine!

This is now the 3rd Computer and first Desktop i've ordered from Xotic. They have always had great customer support and the computers are high quality without any Bloatware or unnecessary programs. My first laptop lasted more than 8 years before i decided to buy a new one, not that I necessarily needed it but it was time to upgrade. I don't particularly use the computers for gaming but the engineer software and programs I use require a lot of processing power and RAM so custom is the way to go.

Ease of ordering and smooth.

I've now bought 4 desktops from xoticpc in the last year; the most recent for my business to run high-volume multi-user computational jobs. This new workstation is a solid machine. Delivery was fast: 3 weeks from order to my office which included Thanksgiving week. I wish their name was different though-- my admin folks thought I was buying something creepy but I assured them this company delivers proper products, and once again they have. Thank you.

I bought and payed laptop on 2nd Dec. On 8th Dec contacted XoticPC about tracking info. They saying laptop will not be shipped for more then a few days...they didn't even have my laptop in stock.... Only when I complained they offered me replacement, offcourse some cheaper option... Totally dissapointment and unproffesional behavior from XoticPC!!!

So I've only recently ordered my first laptop build and haven't actually received it yet, so this is only a review of the ordering process. I've ordered from multiple custom PC builders in the past and used to work for a small custom PC builder chain. XOTIC by far has had the most enjoyable ordering system. They had many options that I've never seen offered by other builders, including for the same laptop. Options were well explained and the checkout process was easy. Just the right amount of email communication as well. Very excited for my new laptop to arrive. I'm a laser operator and VJ for nightlife, festivals, and live events so I'll rely heavily on this laptop. I'm already confident it'll serve me well with the service and upgrade options XOTIC offers.

Wish I found them sooner. More bang for the bucks with XOTIC PC and customization.
