I am now purchasing my second computer from XOTIC PC. I purchased the first one in 2014 -- a high-end ASUS ROG gaming laptop, which is still humming right along. The site is well-designed. A huge array of top-end options from desk-tops to gaming laptops to regular old laptops and everything in between. Good comparison options online. Lots of options to upgrade computers. The staff are very friendly on the phone and can answer technical questions with knowledge. And an excellent selection of just about any kind of computer you can think of.

Ordered a laptop from them and it was super easy and fast. I would recommend Xotic PC to anyone looking for a computer!

The options for payments varied from poor to excellent credit scores. Building the pc was simple enough for me.

I made a mistake entering my address when I ordered my new laptop. I was reached out to by both Eric and Alex for the correction, once I noticed the error. I followed up with Jeffrey to ensure the change had been made. My only complaint is that the change does not reflect in my order status.

The website is easy to navigate and all the information is easy to understand. The only complaint I have is very minor. Once I have saved a configuration under my account, I couldn't find a way to delete it. I was looking at several options for different people that need different setups and now have like 10 saved configurations that I no longer need. Other than that I have no issues. As a repeat customer I am very satisfied.
