Easy to get last minute changes to order. I had requested a rush order addition after going back and forth on it, and despite the request coming in on a Friday, it was instantly answered and I was able to add it into my order.

I enjoyed the great level of custom features. Yes, they increased the cost, but I'm optimistic that I'll get what I paid for and it will be a much higher quality machine. I had significant over heating issue in the past and truly appreciate all of the heat sink options.

Tried to do a wire thinking it would be faster but it appears it adds 2 weeks to the order. This was not very clear.

Setting up a i9 paired with a 4090 led rgb was overwhelming with all the components. They helped me make informed choices. I can’t wait for the intel superpower. Previous system from 2016 1050 GeForce asus its long overdue.
