I purchased a new LG OLED TV the week before Christmas. It was literally delivered to my door by private deliver service 3 days later. The TV arrived safely, works perfectly. I did call into customer service to upgrade my model after I originally purchased a lesser expensive one. They were reachable by phone and modified my order for the better model. No hiccups.
My experience with iElectrica was awesome, I bought an LGEG9100 TV from these guys and in 5 days it was delivered, sound and intact. I sincerely recommend these guys for any one that wants to buy electronics online.
Prices are very reasonable and the service is EXCELLENT. Don't be fooled by the "too good to be true" others out there that you have googled....they are unresponsive and have many complaints on them. In my opinion they do this to dog competitors...just to have a bait and hook switch with horrid customer service and hidden add ons. These guys are GREAT and were very responsive to any and all questions. Shawn (sales) was VERY professional. I purchased 2 65' OLEDs. Purchasing, delivery and the whole sales process was perfect.

I bought the product from iElectrica through Ebay and it was a very pleasant experience. Save hundreds and even got $200 off a 5 year in home warrenty. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
I received everything I expected in the stated timeframe. I was expecting to be able to power on the TV to make sure everything was in working order before signing off on the delivery receipt. The TV was about 20 Degrees F when it arrived and it was recommended to let the TV acclimate to indoor temperatures before powering on. I had to signoff on the delivery before powering on the TV. Luckily, no issues showed up the next day when my 4K TV came to life I brilliant colors.
When I got the confirmation call that the order was ready to ship, I was told that insurance would add 6.5% to the cost. After I gave the ok and the additional cost was added I was told that it was white glove delivery cost. The advertised cost included free shipping. I would like to have given 5 stars, but deception is deception. Honest communication is a better route. If I had been presented with the white glove service in the beginning I would have chosen it. But I feel honesty was not a priority. Sale add-ons was more important.
Ordered a TV from there and Shaun was great. Couple days later the TV was shipped. I didn't receive a tracking number until I called back to them which wasn't a big deal because they always answer the phone and are courteous. The only complaint I have is with the shipper. The TV was scheduled for delivery and was left back at the depot by the delivery company. Several phone calls and 2 days later it was finally delivered. Overall a great experience with iElectra.

Talked with a very polite man named JOE, he answered all my questions, gave me a little advice and was just great to deal with!!! My LG TV arrived exactly on time, delivery man was very helpful and patient and he even patiently waited while I opened the box to make sure all was OK. I believe that the 65" LG OLED is very very good. Have not had a chance to play a 3D pic on it yet. The only thing that I have not found is the ability to precisely tune the picture......that is saturation, tint, hue, contrast, etc. The simple adjustments provide for about six different types of picture settings and no more detailed adjustments. The documentation for the TV was extremely limited. Hopefully I'll find more online, but initial searches did not provide more details. The sound bar seemed OK but did not have as much depth as I hoped. The pic is great, remote is very good, over all I am very happy with the LG OLED TV. I would definitely buy again from iElectrica.
Great Company. I purchased a 65 inch oled television and saved nearly $4000 , in comparison to the sales in my community. Phone conversation made me feel comfortable about doing busines with ielecreica. Would highly recommend this company to those who want quality and savings.
Dont trust them
Haven't heard anything for three weeks since my order, then I get this email to review my experience with ielectrica, so I'm going to call today. Well I called, and it's on back order but they don't know when they'll be getting them in. Would've been nice to know before ordering from them since this was for Christmas and I ordered back in November. But they seemed easy enough to deal with over the phone so I'll give it another week or so before canceling. They have great prices, but the bottom line is don't order unless you don't care if it comes in a few months down the road.
This company is very easy to do business with. They have the best prices and in home warranties which are huge pluses for large LED and OLED UHA televisions.
Everything was as expected, but "free shipping" didn't include the $75.00 so it would be "insured". Still even with the "free shipping" it was an excellent price and had TV in less than 10 days. Would buy again.
While hesitant at first with a first time transaction, All went well and as scheduled and the driver was polite and helpful! I will add iEltrica.com to my favorites and would recommend them to my friends. John M.
