Ordered LG OLED65B6P from the iElectrica website on Thanksgiving day for a good price, but then waited and waited. Meanwhile, they listed the item as in stock on their site, on Amazon.com and on eBay the entire time as weeks passed. Each time I contacted them for an update, I was told it was on backorder. Finally two weeks ago (1/16/2017) they sold the exact item as a daily deal on eBay and when I called hoping that meant my order would fill, I was told sorry you are still on backorder 2 months later! I called eBay customer service and was told iElectrica couldn't list an eBay daily deal unless they had inventory to ship! After 9 1/2 weeks on backorder I finally cancelled my iElectrica order and have purchased the item somewhere else. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. If you want to try doing business with them, order their listings on eBay and you will probably get your merchandise. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again!

I honestly spent days on the internet looking at TV supplier sites and seeing very low prices hundreds of dollars less but most from dubious bait and switch companies with very little reliability. I found iElectica on Ebay, got a good price on my LG OLED55E6P and received it via FedEx with in 10 days of placing the internet order. Also you are not kept in the dark about the shipping due to tracking info supplied. So in my opinion this is a honest company to deal with. This supplier is honest and sends out inquiring emails about the order. A satisfied customer! PS: This OLED replaced a top of the line Panasonic plasma and what a difference in the picture quality. As they say, these are the best TV's on the market and now I know it.
IElectra had the OLED TV I wanted actually available for delivery at a price that was acceptable. Even though I had to pay an extra hundred in sales tax, for purchasing in my state. I preferred to buy "local". Delivery was fast an efficient by FedEx ground. Thank you for an efficient transaction.

I purchased a 65" LG OLED TV. The advertised price was $2350 with free shipping. After placing the order, I got a call informing me that I would have to pay $162 for shipping insurance. I consider this false advertising. The total price of $2512 was still lower than other legitimate advertised prices and the TV was delivered in less that a week without incident. If iElectrica would have advertised the price as $2512 and not deceived me, I would have given them a 5 rating.
My experience was a mixed bag of good and not so good. My order was placed in the Christmas buying period. They gave me a good price on a TV (which TV is not important) and told me they expected to have it in stock within a week. When the stock came in they processed my order, charged my credit card and then canceled the charge. I spoke with a very helpful individual named Shaun in the sales department. He was both friendly and helpful. He told me the entire latest shipment had been sent to a large retailer (again which retailer is unimportant). He told me I would still receive the discounted price and that I was at the top of the list for shipment when the product arrived. After a week passed I contacted the sales department again but was unable to speak with Shaun. This time I dealt with a sales department representative named Joe. It was like night and day. Joe was the anti Christ to Shaun. He was abrupt, unfriendly and down right rude. He told me my order had been canceled a long time ago. So much for that thing called customer service. I found a different supplier and was able to get a price for the TV I wanted at close to the price that iELectrica had given me. They (PP*ENO) were both professional and friendly, not to mention that they also actually sent me my new TV. I, for one, will never be dealing with iElectrica again.
Bought a 55 inch LG OLED tv which was lost in transit by the shipper. iElectrica responded immediately by sending a replacement that day without waiting to resolve the issue with the shipper. Now that I have had the tv for a few months I can say that it is working great and the price was the best I could find on the internet. Will definitely do business with these folks again.
I purchased a LG OLED at a better than averge price from them. It arrived quickly, plays great, and their customer service is very helpful, polite and easy to deal with. An exceptionally good experience even though I hate to spend money!

The ordering process was easy. I was able to talk to a human on the phone. Delivery was faster than I expected. The 65 inch TV arrived very well packaged. The delivery person wheeled the package 120 feet downhill so as to assure that the driveway would not be damaged by the weight of the truck. It was his decision and I appreciated his concern. I would definitely purchase from this company again. The service was at the highest level and appreciated.
Excellent price for item. Customer service responsive and helpful when glitch occurred with debit card, and again when small problem occurred with delivery (shipper's, not iElectrica's, fault). Good folks, good product, good prices.

nervous about on-line TV buying...and read lots about scammers with bait and switch, etc techniques, especially companies out of NY and New Jersey areas. These guys are the real deal....almost too good to be true......but they offer great prices and I would highly recommend.
