Cast iron chiminea was delivered very quickly, was well packaged and was in excellent condition on arrival. It is exactly as described and was relatively easy to assemble with good instructions and holes that line up perfectly 👍. An excellent product and good service.

Finally, after several months of trying to reach a 50% compromise (I am a fair person) due to a faulty pergola (which only became apparent a few weeks after delivery due to the labours booked in to install it) which meant I also had to pay 2 x labours for a wasted day – consequential loss, GreatGardensOnline.com would not meet me half way. So today, legally I won my case and full claim, so I am not out of pocket (look up the definition, consequential loss, GreatGardensOnline.com, as I still don’t think you understand it), not extra compensation, its what the law states. Solicitors at my legal insurance company looked at all the details, emails, contracts, terms notes etc between us and arrived at the legal outcome in my favour (greater than 51% chance of winning), based on breach of contract, goods should be fit for purpose (no matter what the small print says, for a min of 6+ months, regardless of delivery date) and consequential loss. I did prewarn GreatGardensOnline.com that I had taken legal advice and even emailed this advice to them, they kept coming back, as do they do even now with incorrect legal information. Don’t be fobbed off with them bullying and saying goods have to be reported faulty within X days and they are not liable for consequential loss etc, the law is very different to their made up false terms and conditions in their contract – fantasy world, ignore them, get good legal advice and you too will find the law is in your favour. The above is my true to life experience of dealing with them – and I would never have any dealings with them again. Yes, they refunded the faulty pergola eventually (after messing us around with several collection dates), they had no choice, again, it’s the law, but we still had to pay out to obtain a new pergola and 2 x labour wages. I have written this, even though I have settled my dispute legally, financially and in my favour, as a matter of principle, to warn others. I have full documented details, emails etc to back up my case and experience of dealing with them, customer service are words they don’t know or respect. Not once did the company say sorry, offer to accept my 50% compromise offer, instead they banged on about their terms and conditions, which do not legally stand.
The item I ordered wasn't what I received. I ordered a Kingfisher bird table, dimensions 42cm x 42cm x 118cm. What arrived was a Nature's Market bird table 34cm x 34cm x 114cm. When I queried whether I had received the correct item, I was told that I had and that unfortunately the details on their website had not been updated. I was offered a 20% refund which I did accept. I think I received a smaller version of the same bird table. Not top quality, a bit wobbly, but I suppose you get what you pay for (or do you?)

absolutely atrocious service, receive damaged item, 7 days of empty promises of replacement with no further actions. UPD order was made from another email, initials were mc and last three digits of the order are 541 Don't buy from them.

Really impressed with Garden Mall. Not used them before but very professional from ordering through to delivery. Package arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Wall-mounted garden planter/clock/thermometer was just what I needed to replace my ancient, rusty one. AND the same product was advertised on Amazon at a more expensive cost.
