Very poor. Garden box lid was buckled. Some one else had made a botched attempt to assemble it. Should have been spotted before being sent to us. Now waiting for replacement.

I bought some chair and seat Pads for our new outside table and chairs set. I ordered them and paid for an urgent delivery on the Friday evening and literally they came the very next day! I was a amazed! They were well packaged and just as described! We love them and they look great , not to mention comfy. We would definitely purchase from this company again . I received the table I ordered in good time but it was slightly damaged, I decided to keep it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. I am annoyed because I could have bought the same table from another company with slight damage for less than half the price.... makes you think!

Query was dealt with swiftly and courteously by telephone and I was then able to order the goods on line. They were safely delivered to our friends 2 days later! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them -hence 5 stars.
