Can’t fault the service, quick delivery and good quality awning. Very easy to install with good quality fixings included. There are cheaper non branded ones out there but I would recommend these, as they feel they are built to last.

Great service and competitive on cost
Always fast service and excellent prices, often a good few pounds cheaper than other sites. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the containers I ordered were wrapped in layers of black plastic that cannot be recycled, whereas others send them in cardboard...something to be considered?

I can not recommend this website enough, I had a problem with my card so had to ring up, nothing is to much trouble, very friendly and patient with me and my issue, issue sorted , order ordered, received 3 days later. Faulty item not collected for a refund 2/5 Potting bench ordered for a birthday gift 3/5 Potting bench delivered damaged - Notified online with pictures 4/5 Partial refund declined and arrangements made for new bench to be delivered on 11/5 and broken one to be collected 11/5 I emailed at 8.40am to confirm delivery and collection. Reply received at 2pm to say that there was no more stock and would I like an alternative or refund. 11/5 Emailed to ask for a refund and when it would be collected - No reply 12/5 Emailed again to ask when the item would be collected - No reply My sister in law spent all day at home on the 11/5 waiting for the faulty item to be collected.
Everything was excellent apart from the communication. A little more notice on delivery would have been very welcome instead of a call to say “I’m outside”. Otherwise, can’t fault the product or delivery.
Delivery on time and carefully packed so no damage upon receipt. Full instructions and easy to assemble. The bench looks really good in our garden. Would recommend Great Gardens On Line.
Large planter arrived as per description. Delivery box very bashed but luckily planter intact.
Very happy with service received. Garden bench was delivered ahead of schedule and in good order. This was bought as a gift for my son and, as yet, has not been assembled. Hopefully, there will be no need to change this review. So far, very pleased.
