Three days after ordering all my items arrived safely and no damages as they were well wrapped in bubble wrap! The mini bird bath is already being used, the bamboo hoops won't be used until next spring & summer when i'm needing support for some of the taller flowering plants but they are very well made and sturdy. I'm really pleased with the obelisk. I'm sure this won't let me down like an earlier one I had (bought from another company) its really strong and being all in one piece this will not rust and corrode at the joints.

This item, out of stock on many online sales websites at this time of year, was delivered within three days. I intend to use this company again in future for gardening purchases.
My pet hate with online ordering is being told a product is in stock, having my money taken for it and then finding out the item is out of stock. On the plus side I did get a call the next day after from a very pleasant lady saying it was out of stock and I would get my money back and indeed it has been refunded, so not a disaster. Just not a clean easy shopping experience. Easily fixed with stock updates via point of sale data. I am sure my experience is more of a one off.

I bought a Gardeco Hacienda Brazier. It arrived within 2 days of ordering and i was kept informed of the delivery times by sms. I was a bit surprised as I was expecting the Brazier to come assembled, but it was flat packed - having said that, it wasn`t a great deal to pout together and was up and running within 40 minutes ( the metal bolts and panels needed a little persuading with a hammer to fit properly though ). Tried it out, works fine and looks pretty good too. So I did not give 5 stars as i don`t think it was clear on the website that is was flat packed. Otherwise, a good experience.
I ordered the walk in greenhouse £59.99, it arrived really quickly and as it was a birthday present for my Daughter, my partner and I took it to her house. We wanted tio have it all assembled as a surprise, hours later we had to give up this idea as we could not put it together.The only thing in the way of instructions was a faint diagram with arrows pointing to various parts. We had to leave it all in pieces, but fortunately my son in law managed to assemble it over the weekend. It looks good,My Daughter lovesit, shame about the lack of instructions.
The folding garden bench is great. Nice to have an item already assembled. However it was delivered to number 3 instead of 4 and I spent many days contacting the couriers to find out why it hadn't been delivered. I kept get texts asking me to contact them as they would not be able to deliver on the arranged day. It would have been good to know it had been left in a neighbours car port.

I don't have a problem with the company - only the haulier charging an extra £12 for delivery as I am supposedly in the 'Highlands'. I am 10-12 minutes away from Aberdeen City Centre. That's a lot of money to pay on 2 items. Apart from that the responses I received were very polite and understanding even though I cancelled my order.

brought a heat shield to protect my decking under firepit the product was excellent and fast delivery the only problem i had was the delivery charge was a bit high when the heat shIeld alone was over £20 i do need a second shield and want to order from this great company but bit put off because of this STILL A GREAT COMPANY THOUGH
I've been after a preplacement cover for my mini-greenhouse for months after the sunshine burnt through my old one last year. I found it really hard to find the right size. Great Gardens were able to supply one at a great price and I can finally resume growing my veg!
