Shocking service, advertised a picture of a grey Keter storage box, sent a brown one. Phoned 4 times to arrange a collection, was told 4 times the lady I needed to speak to would call back after 2pm, she never did!! On finally speaking to the correct person she was awkward and not friendly in the slightest.
Order a bench they were advertising. First sent a bridge, rang and complained, then sent wrong bench. Was then told they don’t stock the one I paid for. They came and collected and I am still chasing refund 3 weeks later. Very disappointing don’t use

Delivery charges to Scotland are daylight robbery. Almost £10 for a small parcel to the central belt! We don't charge extra to send to England, so why are we robbed for the other way round! Disgraceful. And my on-line query was ignored. Not impressed by this company at all.
i placed my order friday night and took delivery by 10.00 on moday. i was quoted a standared 8 day delivey, so i was very suprised to take delivery on monday morning. excelant service.

Received lamp posts on time. Upon opening and inspecting found two defects on paint/powder coating and minor damage. One of the posts had two top lantern covers. Otherwise pleased with product. Yet to be installed in garden. Easy to use web site and ordering easy.

Also ordered large mushroom kit and that arrived at the same time: good, as it means fewer trips up to us to deliver single items. Perhaps a bit of 'how-to-care' information on the website or with the plant would have been useful, but I can get that elsewhere.
