Great product, was cheaper than any other supplier too. Very well packed and labeled. Arrived on pallets in a large lorry (bit too large for our lane actually) and the driver didn't mind putting it where I asked. Would have been nice to get notification of a delivery day but luckily I was in. Driver called my mobile to ask for directions.
Slight hiccup with delivery but was no fault of the greatgardensonline and was kept updated fully by delivery service. Quality products, would not hesitate to buy again.
Ordered 3 christmas decoration items which arrived swiftly, unfortunately 2 of the items were damaged but a quick phone call to GGO and the matter was resolved. Returned the items and the refund (inc for postage) was swiftly processed.

I have ordered 1.7m Dracaena Plant, which arrived quickly and very well packed. It has four levels and it looked beautiful, but unfortunately one of the levels had a fair bit of black all over the leaves, which was dissapointing, as it looked so beutiful on the picture and I paid £95 for it, therefore I expected it to bee flawles. Where this looked as if the 3rd level of the plant had some kind of disease.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift on 16th December. I was somewhat disappointed to receive a phonecall saying that, due to carrier problems, it could not be delivered until after Christmas, However, it was guaranteed for delivery before New Year. Imagine my surprise when I received an email saying it would be delivered on 23rd December. It arrived, as promised, carefully packaged and in perfect condition. Overall a very good experience. Would use again.
Ordered on the 23rd Dec, I was expecting to use this tree for next Christmas, but was delighted to receive it the very next day. Thanks very much for completing my little one's Christmas with all his gifts under one large tree. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Ordered firepit on 20th Dec, but had no contact with consignment number which means can't track delivery day. As it's now the 24th, and no-one is answering the phones, not going to get it before xmas now. It was a gift so really disappointed Andy East Yorks

Ordered goods, still awaiting delivery after 4 days despite promise of next day delivery. Also had problems with web site, and forgot to input promo code in haste to get transaction completed. Emailed to see if value of promo code could be applied, and email was not responded to. Overall not a great experience
First time I'd used these. Looked on Amazon for the item and thouoght I'd also then try the suppliers website direct. The direct website had the item at a lower price so took the plunge. Delivery arrived safely by courier in 2 working days. Fab!!
Received my order in record time. Orders on a Tuesday and arrived on Thursday. Absolutely excellent. However as this is a Xmas present have left in box to be opened on Xmas Day. Am hoping all will be ok. Would definitely use this company again.
Delivery was quick and efficient and goods well packed. The only issue was the lights themselves which seem badly designed so that the bulk of the illuminated part of the light bulb is in the area of the lantern where the dome covers it, so not as bright as I would have hoped.
ordered a bird table online to replace what we already had on a like for like basis. delivered ready assembled the following day. Was well protected with bubble wrap around most of the wood for transportation.

Prior to purchase, I contacted the company with a query. Their reply was very fast and efficient. The item was dispatched very quickly. The item itself could have better assembly instructions but we made it in the end - obviously, this is nothing to do with greatgardensonline - it is the manufacturer at fault.
