Ordered a garden arbour and cushion as a birthday present. Superfast delivery within 2 days and goods arrived by courier in perfect condition. Excellent communication throughout the process and very competitive prices. The cushion was delivered separately (I had forgotten to order it first time round), and was delivered by DPD, who in this area are the very best delivery company with top class tracking and communications. The delivery slot was advised as 1432-1532 and they arrived bang on 1432! You truly couldn't ask for anything more! Well done DPD and Garden Mall. I couldn't fault the customer service based on this experience and without hesitation I can award a full 5 Stars.

I ordered a Christmas tree skirt honestly not expecting it to arrive until the following week- it arrived 2 days later! Ordered a plant tray based on advertised dimensions. Dimensions wrong, so tried to contact them about returns, but there is no continuity with each contact and "reply" button doesn't work. Over a month later, no offer to sort out the issue - only suggesting I buy further products or that I send it back at my own cost. Wouldn't use again.

Unable to rate the item as haven’t received it! Or any communication since I ordered nearly two weeks sgo! Emailed and then called and was told courier had an issue? Contacted courier and advised they could not deliver as company had not addressed the parcel! Rang company back very upset as this was a gift, lady very rude and clearly has never had any training on customer service and hung up on me! Over two weeks on after cancelling order I am still waiting for a refund despite courier advising me that goods have been received back to the company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Still waiting for my money back!
