Excellent shopping experience. Goods arrived promptly and as ordered. Thank you. My only gripe, and I have this with quite a few other online retailers, is that the courier company expects the customer to set a side a whole day whilst awaiting to take delivery. Surely in this day and age (21st IT lead century) it is not beyond the realms of possibility to notify via email or text the expected time of delivery. Most deliveries are scheduled the night before so it'd not impossible and although it's not, totally, Toolbox's responsibility they can influence and affect change.

Could find no fault with the service or the goods

This product is very good. I did a lot of work in the house and it worked perfectly. i hope to buy more product from this seller in the future.

Slow delivery, then the item that came did not work. Emailed to say that it was broken and to replace it. I had to wait ages (including a wasted day when they had failed to book the delivery) for collection, then wait ages more as instead of refunding or replacing the item they insisted that they were going to have to send it back to the manufacturer to repair it. Many emails later, and after waiting over a week (a month since I had paid for the item) I told them to refund my money or send me a replacement. They failed to do this so have had to get my credit card company to refund the money. Appalling customer service. Don't shop here!

Fantastic service

I Recently bought the DCD985M2 with tool box to work around the home. So far l'v used it to drill holes through joists , brick as well as using it as a screw driver and it's a pleasure to use. The 4ah batteries have a 3 light power level indicator on the end which is handy and are interchangeable with same voltage Dewalt power tools . If l had to find a con and l'm being picky l'd like to see a reversible ended screw driver bit that slots on to the drill somewhere so you've always got it with you. Overall it's a quality bit of kit with 3 speeds , reverse and a fully adjustable clutch so you don't strip the heads off screws, you get what you pay for.

10.8v dewalt impact driver ( slightly better spec. batteries than other places i looked ). Arrived within a few days, ordered thursday and got it tuesday, this included bank holiday. I searched a lot of places and ended up on the toolbox site. Prices for power tools in general appear unbeatable. I also like the website, its very easy to examine what you are looking at before you buy. Will definately use again.
