Good quality drills although battery Life is poor. Accessory box parts cheap as a few have already broken, however were thrown in as a freeby so can't moan. Order came quickly once purchased and well packaged.

I purchased a 2 piece Makita drill set on offer. Great price. Swift delivery with an easy to use tracking system. Will use again and recommend to others.

An item I paid for over a month ago has still not arrived despite E-mails to the company which are ignored. This is probably the worst on-line purchasing experience I have ever had and one I will be careful never to repeat.

fist class tool at a very good price ,shame about the carrier , supposed to deliver on a Thursday be tween 11.45 and 1245, but buy 6.00 pm no show and no phone call , checked the carriers web site said they were running late but no apology . checked web site the following day found that date and time had been changed didn't make the time so another day wasted waiting for them , so folks if your delivery firm is parcel line be warned they are rubbish .

I 'Googled' electric patio heaters and Toolbox came up. They had exactly the sort of heater I wanted and at a great price. The item was delivered as promised 2 days later and I was able to track the delivery.

This Makita drill is a very good product and works fine. I have several drills like this one and when I saw the price I snapped it up. The delivery was quick aswell.

Overall, I was pleased with the products when I received them. But my one criticism was that on opening the box the workbench box was contained in I found the silverline box full of holes and the plastic bag split in several places and some of the washers,bolts in the main packaging box, plus some paint chips on the workbench frame. Not worth returning as I found all the washers and bolts.
