Now that is excellent in these days of waiting listing to awful music until you are contacted to an operator., Product extremely good quality and despatch and delivery very quick. Wineware have a fantastic selection of Laguiole corkscrews at a more competitive price than you could purchase ‘at source’ from France. I had a manufacturing fault on mine and even though these corkscrews have a lifetime guarantee Wineware sent a replacement out which I received 2 days later. It would have been easy for them to ask me to return it to France ... they didn’t and dealt with the problem which was no fault of theirs. Fantastic customer service ( thank you Ella ) and great price.

To be perfectly honest, it was with trepidation that I ordered a selection of tumblers and wine glasses from wineware; how would fragile glassware arrive in one piece? I'm very happy to report that it did arrive safely and without a single chip! Excellent service. I must add, it was with a certain sense of satisfaction that I unpacked everything and it was all wrapped and packaged in card and paper, no bubble-wrap to speak of and no breakages. Very pleased with the glasses too, fantastic quality. Thank you.

It's NOT so much that the company is poor more that the product which they sold me is poor "Schott Zwiesel Classico Beer Glasses - Set of 6". The blurb suggests they should be good enough for Baccus himself. I think they are about PoundShop Standard, certainly NOT what I expected from a Known German Company. Delivery from Wineware was as expected especially considering I ordered on Christmas Day. I won't keep the glasses but donnate to charity and look for better more upmarket items. I'll probably never buy glasses online ever again, and I suggest other do so too.

Always used Wineware always had quick speedy service apart from our last order that took over three weeks. We will still use them as generally had great service.

I ordered a decanter just before Christmas and never thought it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it arrived in under 24 hours of placing the order. It was really packaged and completely undamaged, great customer service.

Next day delivery week before Christmas. Couldn’t ask for more.
