Easy to use website. My order did suffer delays due to problems at the manufacturer but Wineware kept me regularly updated about the problems and offered alternatives, or my money back. I persevered with my order and have now received my beautiful Zalto wine glasses. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.

I have been ordering from Wineware for a number of years. On this occasions I was badly let down. I ordered decanters for a birthday present. I received a delivery notification from DPD (the courier company), but the goods had not been delivered. It was not possible to access the DPD online enquiries, so I called Wineware. I was told that the issue would be investigated and I would be contacted. I was not contacted. I chased by email, and was told the issue would be investigated, and I would be contacted. I was not contacted, and requested a refund (because it was by then too late to give the decanters as a present). I was not offered a refund, but told it was being investigated and would be contacted. When I was not contacted, I complained yet again, and received the extraordinary excuse that I had not been contacted because there was nothing to tell me. I asked for a refund, but that was not forthcoming. It was left to me to chase again, and again. I complained that the customer care was appalling, but Wineware clearly could not care less. I shall never be using them again.
Ordered some gorgeous glassware for a relative’s 30th birthday. Great products received, great prices, packaged very well and very quick delivery. Will certainly use this company again.
Second time I've used Wineware to order glasses and consistently excellent in every way. Competitive pricing, availability of the lines I want - all brilliant, but most importantly, the really helpful and efficient service, where nothing seems too much hassle. I was very late (forgot) in ordering glassware for an upcoming event and delivery date was destined to be too close for comfort. Lynsey and the team, pulled it out of the bag to get my order out of the warehouse earlier than originally notified or would have otherwise been programmed and therefore panic and catastrophe avoided!! Good choice of products and prices were reasonable I was buying a gift to be delivered and this went ok. Only negative- as purchaser I would have appreciated more info to track the parcel so I knew when my friend should receive gift. I only got this after I phoned and chased up with Wineware (who were helpful). So 4* and not 5*

Order for wine glasses was sent on August 27th & advised by email that they were despatched on Tuesday31st. Phoned Wineware on Monday Sept 6th as had not received the order & spoke to a person in customer services who said she would check the delivery & phone back. She never phoned back! Not a good customer service experience in my view. The glasses were delivered on Tuesday 8th, a few days later than expected according to your delivery timescales.
