The best company ever! Ordered two bracelets, returned one to exchange for another item was able to immediately and easily talk to a human ( not an automated assistant for once! ) who sorted it out for me within a matter of minutes my returned bracelet was sorted out and new ring sent within 2 days! Amazing experience, plus beautiful jewellery with a much needed personal human touch that the world lacks these days! Thank you William May will continue to use for my jewellery!
