The worst company we have ever dealt with. Delivery was quick however order was incomplete and incorrect. We tried to resolve the issue by email and whatsapp but issue is still unresolved after more then 2 weeks. Stay away at all costs if you are ordering face masks.

I have ordered more than 300 items with this company and only 10% were correct items. It seems the just through in what they have available in the wearhouse. Now I`m trying to contact them for 2 weeks to return unwanted and have a full refund, but they not answering emails and phone calls. Looks like a scam company. AVOID !

Ordered short gym leggings and cotton face mask. Arrived really quick and the quality was a great value for the price. The leggings are matching the sizing and the material is lovely, facemask is breathable and with nice bright colours. Definitely recommending!

Ordered £100 worth of goods in august 2nd and paid for next day delivery. Still not received items or had a reply from them even tho I’ve sent emails and what’s app. Don’t order from this site you won’t receive order and loose your money!!! Eventually someone was in touch and a Refund was given for payment of delivery and I received my order so problem was resolved in the end.

Quality wasn't the best, 1 out of 3 of the styles I ordered was correct. Sent the item back, fingers crossed I get the correct item or a refund as i haven't hear back from customer services team yet. I'm sure it will be corrected :) delivery was fast its a shame my order wasn't right and the quality was a bit disappointing.

I have been shopping with you all on a regular basis , in the beginning someone use to call me if an item was not in stock or limited colours , but twice lately I was sent items in colours I did not want , an there was no calls from your company An no one explained this.

After the below incident the matter was corrected and a refund received after a member of staff rang me to sort it out. They were very polite and helpful in resolving the matter. But it took approximately 20 emails over 3 weeks before someone contacted me. Other orders I had placed and items were missing we refunded straight away. I am pleased with the products and the majority of the service received. Original review: The products were good quality and arrived very quickly. But an item was missing from the order and there was no delivery note/email to say why. I have emailed twice about this and not heard back. No refund has been received. Yet I get lots of emails asking my to rate the company. I would definitely order again if issues could be sorted quickly and effectively.

After a few hiccups to begin with regarding my order things were resolved. The clothes are good quality & although delivery isn’t next day it only takes 2-3 days to receive them.
