Initially good. Was contracted because 2 items I had ordered were no longer available & was given another option. I didn't opt for suggested option but ask for a different alternative (as I prefer to buy cotton which listing stated it was) however, replacement jacket was not cotton as described it was in fact 100% polyester. 2 dresses I ordered were the wrong colour. I messaged asking if I could return the dresses for an exchange of the correct colour ordered & also mentioned that the jackets fabric content were not as advertised. Was asked for my order number & told "ok we'll check" I had to chase up. Was then told we can sort it with the next order. Bit disappointed with this response. The dresses are not a colour I can sell in my area & they were not ordered. The jackets, fortunately I only ordered 2 & can sell as it's a jacket but generally I do not buy polyester for my shop. I should not have to wait until my next order for this to be sorted out. Thank you for reaching out. How would you like me to contact you with my details? I was told by them to list products and they are in stock , so I sold items and then they said they didn’t have them . Inaccurate stock levels on website and unhelpful staff
