Have used wholesale shopping a couple of times now, they have supplied good quality clothing very quickly, and have kept me up to date on the progress of my order

Customer service is awful. No response to any of my messages. When I first ordered I mistakenly order something I didn't want. I messaged them straight away and they said once item arrives I can return. Once the item came Ive asked to return for refund and no response. Do not buy from here.

Non fulfillment of orders getting second nature long time before despatch even tho you pay premium price for speedy delivery facemasks were of good quality to start with and individualy packed but now quality is not the same washed out colours made in the backstreets of Leicester i expect and bundled together so niw have to repackage to.make safe fir sale under covid rules also vat is charged at checkout for masks but are vat free in reality

I still have not recieved my order. I've emailed but no response. I placed the order over a week ago. Not happy as I sell these products to try and earn a living. I wouldn't recommend the company. I will look for a new wholesale supplier to purchase from. Update: once I posted a 1 star review. They contacted me. The send the item the next day. However, they have constantly asked me to take down my 1 star review. (I will not!). 1. The product took long to be delivered. 2. The customer service even though sending me the order next day. Have been sending multiple messages to get me to take this review down. 3. The quality of the product is crap. I don't know how I will sell them. I only order a pack of 10 face masks. Which could have been put in smaller packaging. But instead was sent via UPS Document box. Which cost me £15.99. 4. I've already lost money on this item and hold no confidence in getting the item returned or refunded. (Look at other reviews). 4. They say they are in Cheetham Hil, Manchester. Which I know very well. But the parcel delivered was from a totally different named company in Birmingham. Total scam. Wouldn't touch them. Might aswell just throw the money down the drain. Will NEVER use this supplier again!!

I've had 3 orders so far, everything has been great, if there are issues they get in touch and either offer alternative or refund balance, only had 1 wrong item so far and they sent out replacement quickly! Its taken me a few weeks to get used to how they work but now I have the hang of it, I'm just patient and they are super helpful. Thanks wholesale shopping I look forward to purchasing again & again!

I think it’s appalling that you have to pay 14.99 for delivery in the UK for an item selling cheaper. Will not buy again and will recommend that people check before buying to see if It is worth it to them.
