Ordered a pair of Dickies boots on the 3rd October, on the invoice it said next day delivery. Waited until the 6th October no sign of any boots, contacted Webster’s by e mail to enquire about the boots. Got a reply on the 8th October that I needed to contact them as they could not phone me even though they had my phone number and it was correct. Phoned Webster’s to be told that the boots were not available but another version of the same boot (a little bit more expensive) was available and would be supplied at no extra cost. I okayed this and was told I would get them in a couple of days, by the 13th October still no boots so e mailed again to see what was going on. E mail has been ignored but low and behold the boots have now turned up on the 15th October but guess what they are the original boots I ordered and not the more expensive ones that are fur lined. Don’t really know what to say I got what I ordered in the first place just not with next day delivery more like 12 day delivery, shame they will now gather dust as had to get a different pair as started a new job and needed these boots before I started.

Ordered on a Monday bank holiday was told 1-4 weeks delivery and it arrived on the friday of the same week! Really quick service item arrived as expected and described and was cheaper than all the comparative sites by at least £70.00
