My WatchMaxx experience was excellent. The web site was quite easy to navigate. The purchase process went smoothly, and the fulfillment of my order was quick. I also communicated with Jose, who was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with UPS was quite irritating; however, that was not WatchMaxx's fault.

Both my Tissot watches from WatchMaxx arrived fast, brand new, in perfect condition and exactly as described. When you combine a company such as Tissot with WatchMaxx, the result is a very satisfied customer. Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen. I purchased an Oris X Cervo Volante from Watchmaxx. That watch is supposed to come with leather accessories from Cervo Volante. After receiving the watch I confirmed with Oris directly that the accessories I received were not in fact authentic Cervo Volante accessories. After providing this proof (directly from Oris) to Watchmaxx customer support, they said they were unwilling to do anything. I will be avoiding Watchmaxx in the future due to this experience.

The band on my new Omega fell apart within 3 months of light use. Watchmax did nothing to help.

I ordered a watch for my partners milestone birthday. I purchased over a month in advance to allow ample time. UPS tracking information showed that my item was stuck at the boarder and was awaiting taxes and fees to be paid? I was not contacted, seller did not pay, item was sent back to seller WatchMaxx. Seller was completely uncooperative and customer care was rude. No solutions were presented to me. I reported a claim with PayPal and UPS. DO NOT BUY from this seller. Disgusting experience.

Initially there were some glitches with their website verification system that forced me to place the order several times ( which was a little frustrating) but ultimately I got an email from Ben who made sure everything was promptly straightened out. I am completely satisfied with each purchase. I have also found that paying a little extra for next day shipping takes all guest work out of arrival times. There will definitely be a sixth purchase.
