We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Recently was given a new boiler and radiators from Warmworks. Was delighted with the efficient way the work was carried out from the time I applied to the day of installation. Montali carried out the work and I was so impressed with the way it was managed from the plan given to us with areas required to be cleared and the squad of workmen who were in and out in a day to an inspection from Warmworks a week later.

Montali Energy services completed the work in 2 days of fitting 11 new radiators, a new cylinder, new boiler and a new tank fitted in loft for the radiators. The Montali staff quietly got on with their work without overloading the house with man power. Alistair made a plan of what areas where to be cleared before start of work and the plans were clear enough for us to know what areas needed to be cleared. A job well done by Montali !
The whole process from start to finish was very easy. Both my tenants and myself are absolutely delighted with the results. It will make a huge difference to energy consumption.

The work was done to a high standard and everyone we dealt with was customer focused and helpful. The only thing was that we didn’t understand that the central heating kit would be delivered by a subcontractor the day before the work began. Ideally Warmworks would explain the process ahead of time. Each of the subcontractors was excellent.
The service I received was to a high standard from the initial point of contact to the installation of the solar panels and battery back. The installation team arrived on time and all the work was carried out in one day with minimal disruption. Once the installation was complete they discussed the work carried out and explained how the system works. I would highly recommend their service. Barry Strain

The inspection slot came in slightly earlier than arranged which, to me, illustrated a efficient use of time. It was thorough and any minor queries I had were handled with care and courtesy. Top marks for customer care and professionalism!
The works were carried out professionally with extreme Care not to cause any damage within my property, The lads were very polite, tidied up when finished, first Class, thank you.
Our experience with Warmworks is 5 star but delays in resolving the issues with the new system by the sub contractor cost the 5th star.
